I believe in helping people to learn new skills, enhance their existing skills and work through difficult emotions as they strive to reach their goals.

For over 25 years, I have helped adolescents, adults, couples and families navigate their journey towards healing and finding purpose. I am exceptionally experienced using a client-centered approach with a wide array of eclectic interventions including cognitive therapy, behavioral modification and trauma-informed interventions. Some of my areas of expertise are, anger management, depression, anxiety, trauma, and abuse. Life has it’s many challenges and it is my goal to guide, teach and support each client with their specific needs in order to reach their personal goals.
